$380 Million Mixed-Use Development Planned for North Woodbridge

The vision for North Woodbridge continues to gain momentum as plans advance for the North Woodbridge Town Center, a transformative mixed-use development that is expected to play a significant role in the future growth of eastern Prince William County.
The project, involving Boosalis Properties and IDI Group Cos., has been recognized by regional business publications, including the Washington Business Journal and Virginia Business, for its potential impact on the area’s economic development and long-term growth strategy.
Located along the Route 1 corridor in North Woodbridge, the proposed Town Center is part of Prince William County’s Small Area Plan, an initiative designed to encourage mixed-use development, improve transportation infrastructure, and create vibrant, connected communities throughout the region.
The development is strategically positioned adjacent to Route 1, where significant roadway improvements and transportation investments are currently underway.
