Remix Market Signs Lease for New Springfield Location

Remix Market, a second-hand furniture, clothing, and home goods retailer focused on sustainability and reuse, has signed a lease for a new location in Springfield, Virginia.

The retailer has leased a 6,250-square-foot, two-story building located at 6909 Old Keene Mill Road, where it plans to open a modern retail and donation center. Boosalis Properties represented Remix Market in the transaction.

The new location will support Remix Market’s continued growth throughout Northern Virginia while expanding its mission of promoting sustainability through the reuse of furniture, clothing, and household goods. The company works closely with The Junkluggers to help keep reusable items out of landfills while supporting charitable causes throughout the community.

The Springfield location is expected to open later this year and will serve as both a retail destination and donation center for the growing organization.
