Boosalis Obtains Silver Building At Cosner’s Corner
Silver Companies, a Fredericksburg-based national real estate investment, and development firm sold a 22,500-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at Cosner’s Corner to Boosalis Properties in Woodbridge.
The property, located at U.S. Route 1 and Spotsylvania Parkway in Spotsylvania County, is the third real estate purchase Boosalis has made in the greater Fredericksburg market. They also own Carter’s Crossing Shopping Center on State Route 17 in Stafford County and the Chili’s restaurant in Southpoint II.
