Boosalis Properties is pleased to represent the buyer in a 1031 exchange for a Wendy’s location in Chester, VA. The purchase price was in the amount of $2,450,000 with a new 20-year lease term in place. Terms of the deal were negotiated by George Boosalis, Melanie Nobriga and Thomas Veltsistas.
